Stiesdal Offshore is a specialized technology provider focused on floating wind foundations for deep-water deployment. We design and license standardized floating foundation systems that enable offshore wind projects to be developed and deployed at gigawatt scale.

We have many exciting projects in pipeline and are therefor looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of floating foundation projects from early project definition until offshore deployment.

About the job

You will play a central role in managing the project delivery end-to-end, with close interface management with our suppliers and customers.

You will be responsible for the internal project coordination and ensuring our deliveries meet the requirements both in terms of timeline and quality.

The role is well-suited for someone who combines technical and strategic overview, structured delivery, and close collaboration across product, projects, customers, partners, and suppliers.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Lead the project delivery from early engineering and FEED through detailed design
  
• Manage scope, deliverables, interfaces, priorities, and coordination across the project
  
• Mature project deliveries including processes.
  
• Drive interface across product, projects, customers, partners, and suppliers
  
• Contract negotiations with customers and suppliers
  
• Align customer requirements, project execution logic, and delivery milestones
  
• Strong stakeholder management

Your profile

Ideally, you have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience from the wind industry or related industries and bring an understanding of how complex technical products are matured from engineering into controlled and repeatable delivery.

Experience from wind turbine development, offshore wind foundations, or other high-consequence industrial products will be an advantage. Interface experience with EPCI and Developers would be a benefit.
