You will join Stiesdal Offshore at an important stage, where we are moving from an R&D setup towards larger commercial projects and a more controlled and repeatable product and delivery organisation.
At Stiesdal Offshore, we work to make a real difference in the fight against climate change.
Stiesdal Offshore is a specialized technology provider focused on floating wind foundations for deep-water deployment. We design and license standardized floating foundation systems that enable offshore wind projects to be developed and deployed at gigawatt scale.
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager / Design manager to help lead the technical delivery of floating foundation projects from early project definition through FEED and into detailed design.
You will play a central role in managing scope, technical deliveries, interfaces, and changes across offshore engineering projects.
You do not need to be the deepest specialist in every package, but you must be able to work confidently across them, coordinate the right people, and keep the project technically aligned, controlled, and moving.
The role sits between product and project, ensuring that the released TetraSub platform baseline is applied correctly in customer projects and translated into deliverables of the right quality and maturity.
You will work closely with the product team and the Chief Engineer to align the product baseline and project execution.
That split is consistent with the internal operating model, where product owners keep the baseline stable and provide reusable packages, while project teams create project-specific deliverables using those packages.
Ideally, you have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience from the wind industry or closely related offshore product environments, with experience in structural or mechanical connection design, product maturation, and cross-functional technical leadership.
You bring solid understanding of how complex products are matured from engineering into controlled and repeatable delivery, including experience with stage-gate development models, technical governance, design reviews, and change control.
We also see it as a strong advantage if you understand the broader way to market for industrial products in offshore wind. You do not need to come from a commercial role, but you should understand how clear scope definitions, repeatable product documentation, stable interfaces, and disciplined governance make a product easier to integrate, sell, and deliver across projects and customers.
We expect you to combine technical authority with sound judgement and a collaborative mindset. You should be comfortable working across engineering, projects, fabrication, assembly, and specialist functions, while helping shape standards and guide key technical decisions in a way that supports both product quality and commercial maturity.
We offer an exciting and varied job – in any of our office locations in either Aarhus, Give or Copenhagen – where you will play a key role in maturing Stiesdal Offshore project deliveries, based on the TetraSub platform.
You will join the company at an important stage, where we are moving from an R&D setup towards a more controlled and repeatable product and project delivery organisation.
If you are interested, please send an application and your CV to jobs@stiesdal.com.
